Relational types aim to link entities between them using specific data field.

uppose you would like to manage Cars and you would like to select a Brand name in a list. To do so, you will have to create a field related to an entity Brand.

Suppose you would manage house construction in your application. Each house is made of several type of raw materials. But raw materials can not be defined as fixed value list. You would also liek to manage globally the list of raw materials to use. In this case, you will define a field "House raw materials" related to many Raw MateriaL.

In both case, a drop-down list will be added (multiple ou single).

You can define which field must be displayed in the drop-down list with keyword "using" (by default ID of target entity is displayed)
